As explained by email, your order was processed and shipped from our side on August 20th, as confirmed by the tracking information.

Unfortunately, after entering the USA, the parcel did not move with USPS until September 2nd, when it was finally scanned at the Mid NY Distribution Center and is now in transit to you.

We have contacted our U.S. shipping agent to ask why the parcel was delayed for so long.

Unfortunately, we cannot control USPS processing times, and we sincerely apologize.

We also kindly ask you to consider that the 1-star review was posted before you received or tried the product.

We completely understand your frustration with the delay, but this was a postal issue rather than a product issue.

As a goodwill gesture, we have added 200 award points to your account.

We sincerely hope you will reconsider your review once the parcel arrives.
