1. The adhesive mount is intended for one-time use. After attaching it, press firmly and allow sufficient time for the adhesive to bond before attaching the phone to ensure the most secure hold. Once removed, the adhesive may not hold securely if reapplied, so the adhesive pad may need to be replaced. Align it with the center position during installation.
2. The sunshade can slide left and right for adjustment. This is mainly used to align the sunshade with the position of the magnetic metal plate attached to the phone if the phone is not centered when mounted. There are no end stops on either side, so the sunshade may slide off if pushed all the way to either end. This is normal.
